Every negative thought, emotion, word and action creates energy, which circulates through the universe combining with other energies of a similar vibration. If we continue to express those same negative thoughts and emotions, we begin to attract these combined bundles of negative energy or entities, which attach themselves to our subtle bodies. These entities weaken and cause cracks to form in our subtle bodies, leading to challenges in all areas of our lives.
