Foundations of Wisdom Teachings
Participation in this course provides the deepest personal training offered by HIU in the teachings of Sai Maa and related spiritual traditions. The course, taught by trained Wisdom Teachings Facilitators, offers practical, step-by-step guidance in self-transformation, the opportunity for self-inquiry, and applied learning within a structured environment. Participants will gain skills in personal meditation and guiding group meditations. The course is structured as a six-month home study of homework and conference calls with two onsite events.

Wisdom Teachings Teacher Training, Level One
This course is offered to those who have completed the Foundations of Wisdom Teachings course. This course is focused on developing skilled, powerful and loving teachers. The structure of this course includes an initial on-site event, 6 month home study course and a final on-site event. Course Components: Presentation and communications skills, deepening the skills of guiding meditations, articulating the core knowledge, the art of creating an event, how to work with energy and the dynamics of a class, advanced teachings; who am I, light work, science of creating and guidance through your inner transformation.
