2. What are Personal Sessions? Personal sessions were created by Her Holiness Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi to help each of us accelerate our movement into Divine Light. It facilitates an awakening in the spiritual body and moves one deeper into a realization of the Higher Self, the I AM or Divine Light Presence. August 20-24 Embodying Love, Breath of Life Yoga 5 day Program: During this powerful and transformative program with Dagini Amba, we will focus on using the breath to channel life force, open the heart and expand consciousness. We will move through asanas (postures), pranayam (breathwork), meditation, devotional chanting, and ecstatic dance, releasing constrictions and embodying the love that we are more freely and fully. Group classes, private interviews, satsung, evening devotional programs, walks in nature, journaling, silence and contemplation.
Tai Chi for Illumination Programs
In these powerful and transformative program will naturally unfold through the Tai Chi practices, allowing each of us to discover and increase the flow of Chi (Life force ) in our whole body. These empowering practices strengthen our systems and allow healings and re-harmonization to occur. We will practice balancing the 5 elements in our body. Each program will be focused on the activation of one specific element, according to the energy of the season. When the weather allows, we will have powerful practices outside in the natural elements, moving with the sun, trees, water, mountains and sand.
Sept 3-10 : a unique week long program in the very Pure environment of Crestone. We will focus through the Tai Chi practices on cleansing and curing, balancing and harmonizing, strengthening and empowering the systems of our bodies. We will activate the five elements, Earth, Water, Fire, Wood and Metal.
November 14-16 : this time is an appropriate time to merge deeply with our inner Self, to experience an intimate connection with the infinite Power within. We will activate specifically the element Wood, opening and increasing our inner sense of communication with the universe.
August 10-17, Aug 28-Sep 1 : 5-7 Day Backpacking Trips (Crestone) These trips will provide the explorer and spiritual seeker an excellent chance to dive deep into the divine harmony of nature. We will leave from Crestone, Co and hike into the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Spending at least 2 nights at each site, we will practice yoga with Dagini Amba Brahmacharini, have guided meditations by master teachers, and explore and play in alpine lakes and meadows. Anyone looking for a total immersion or those who simply can’t resist the idea of playing in the mountains for a week, will find these trips perfect.
