Learning to open, energize, purify and activate these vortices is an important part of a being's awakening into the Truth of who they are. There are a number of different techniques for working with the chakras. Some of these are: attention, breathwork, mantra repetition, the use of chakra essences or chakra video (as used in some of Sai Maa's progams), visualization and intention. Having the Grace of the Master is vital for any chakra opening technique to be effective. The following meditation will guide you through a process that begins to awaken these chakras.
