Of all the tools with which our Beloved Sai Maa has blessed us, none is more powerful than working with the all-consuming, transmuting Violet Flame.
The Violet Ray is the 7th ray of the supreme Spiritual Light, revealed in this physical dimension by the Ascended Master Saint Germain during the 1930s. According to Saint Germain, the Great Ascended Masters chose to gift this Light - the source of the Violet Flame - to humanity at that time, so that we would have the power to transmute our planet's perilous rise in negative energy.
What is the source of this growing negative energy? Our own contracted, self-limiting thoughts, emotions, and actions, created through the mind's identification with non-truth. The solution? The transmutation of all that is not in divine vibration. The tool? The all-consuming, transmuting Violet Flame.
According to Sai Maa, this single tool can quickly allow each of us to transcend human limitation and awaken fully in our supreme, divine, Christed nature. Practice is the key.
We can work with the Violet Flame as a formal meditation or spontaneously throughout our day.

As with all meditations, we should find a quiet spot that will be as free from distraction as possible. Unplug the phone. Put the cat or dog outside or in another room. Let our family or other housemates know that we are taking some silent time to ourselves. Actually "our Selves."
Take a couple of minutes to become centered by consciously breathing, either using the circular breath - without pausing on either the inhale or exhale - or by using the "fire breath" - strong, rapid breathing through both nostrils simultaneously, with emphasis on the forceful contraction of the abdominal muscles on the exhale. Either breathing exercise should be done with the spine erect, head and neck straight, and back not rested against our chair.
Once grounded and settled inside, we move the awareness up to our crown chakra, opening this chakra consciously, and moving up through the antakarana to our Supreme I Am Presence. From There, we call upon our I AM Presence to bring forth the Violet Ray. We can say silently or aloud, "Mighty I Am, I call forth the all-consuming, transmuting Violet Flame," manifestation the Violet Ray. Envision the Violet Ray pouring down from your Supreme I AM Presence, all the way to your feet, and there igniting into the Violet Flame, completely engulfing the physical body and all the subtle bodies: etheric, emotional, mental, astral, causal, and spiritual. Imagine this brilliant Violet Flame extending high above and all around you.
Consciously call upon the Violet Flame to transmute all imperfection, wherever it may exist, into its pure Divine Essence. Offer to the Violet Flame all attachments, all contraction, all pain, all anger, all guilt, all fear, all weakness, all hate, all judgment, all ignorance, all blame ... everything that does not serve the Divine.
Call upon the Violet Flame to transmute all the energies on our planet that do not serve Love and Light, into Christed purity and perfection. Envision our entire planet surrounded and transformed by the Violet Flame.
Meditating in this way, we can quickly advance our own "Remembrance" and bring healing energy to our precious Mother Earth. Of course you can improvise in any way you choose to create a meditation that works best for you.

| Calling Forth the Violet Flame Throughout Our Day In a less structured way, we can call on the Violet Flame throughout our day. Anytime we feel contracted in any way, we can call upon the Violet Flame. Likewise, we can invoke the Violet Flame to transmute any negative energy anywhere on our beloved planet, into unbounded Christed Light.
As with all the tools for transformation Sai Maa has given us, working with the all-consuming, transmuting Violet Flame is a choice each of us must make for ourselves. And as with every tool, the benefits will depend completely on our sincerity and spiritual effort.

Following are some other ways to put the violet flame into action. Refer to the previous "daily practice" to learn more about the Violet Flame.
The Violet Flame, being the most powerful Shakti to transmute lower, denser energies can be put into action in many ways. Dedicating a few minutes of an intense focus of the Violet Flame in our daily meditations can enhance our everyday awareness of being "a being of Violet Fire." The Violet Flame, directed from the I AM Presence, is at our command and will to use constructively. The sacred fire can be seen as light or a blazing fire. With this same inner power, we can command the Violet Flame to sweep, spin, boil, drive, or explode depending on what experience or situation it is being directed into. Take a moment and visualize how each of those actions has a different effect in the body.
The Violet Flame, like any aspect of the sacred fire, is a Divine Intelligence. We bring that Divine Intelligence alive in our outer awareness by consciously loving it and consciously breathing it as we visualize and/or affirm it. Loving the violet flame as a living, intelligent being, and not a thing, brings the relationship into the heart. This is where the I AM Presence, the Supreme Power, is anchored. Feel what happens as you pour love and gratitude towards the Violet Flame, as a dear Friend. With each breath, that love and gratitude expands out from the heart, bringing the Violet Flame into a living breathing Presence. Feel the Flame as a cleansing and purifying substance- in, through, and around the body. Affirm:"I AM the Violet Flame."
The Violet Flame can then be directed to anywhere in the body or in any outer world condition or situation. Sai Maa has offered a very practical and useful technique to send the Violet Flame ahead of us before we drive anywhere or before we begin any task. The great intelligence of the Violet Flame "consumes" all obstacles that may hinder the highest outcome.
On a more Cosmic level, yet still as practical as ever, is having a relationship with the Cosmic Legions of the Violet Flame. These are great intelligences, in an unfathomable multitude, which we can consciously invoke as great Friends to ensure the victory of the Violet Flame in our lives and assist in our Ascension. We can even ask for our own personal Violet Flame Angel. They are ready to serve at your call. Imagine a fiery multitude of violet flame angels above and around you. Consciously breathe and expand through the heart. Feel Their Love and Unlimited Assistance as you hold out your arms, palms up. If you choose, make a connection with your own Violet Flame Angel. Take this sacred relationship into your everyday life for Invincible Victory.
